Bartending Position

Duties

Bartenders are expected to:

• Take orders, make drinks, deliver menu items
• Be knowledgeable about all menu items and beverages served, their garnish, contents and preparation methods
• Pour beer with the proper amount of head
• Serve members and guests in the Grille and on off-site functions
• Keep Grille area clean, stock product, wash glassware
• Serve guests with proper identification
• Provide exceptional service to members, guest, and patrons of our facility
• Serve food and beverages in a fast paced environment
• Offer prompt and courteous service so guests have an enjoyable experience
• Perform all opening and closing procedures, side work as directed

Qualifications

Bartenders should have the following qualifications:

• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Tips and/or Smart certification preferred
• Must have high energy and must be organized
• Must be very outgoing, friendly and have a positive attitude
• Must be 21 years of age to prepare and serve alcohol
• Must have knowledge of state liquor laws
