Bartending Position
Duties
Bartenders are expected to:
- Take orders, make drinks, deliver menu items
- Be knowledgeable about all menu items and beverages served, their garnish, contents and preparation methods
- Pour beer with the proper amount of head
- Serve members and guests in the Grille and on off-site functions
- Keep Grille area clean, stock product, wash glassware
- Serve guests with proper identification
- Provide exceptional service to members, guest, and patrons of our facility
- Serve food and beverages in a fast paced environment
- Offer prompt and courteous service so guests have an enjoyable experience
- Perform all opening and closing procedures, side work as directed
Qualifications
Bartenders should have the following qualifications:
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Tips and/or Smart certification preferred
- Must have high energy and must be organized
- Must be very outgoing, friendly and have a positive attitude
- Must be 21 years of age to prepare and serve alcohol
- Must have knowledge of state liquor laws
