PGA Junior League 17U
League Information
The PGA Junior League 17U is designed to help high school golfers learn more about golf and improve their game through healthy competition. During the program, we form teams, have practices with PGA Instructors and play matches in a scramble format. For more information, go to www.pgajrleague.com.
This league teaches:
- Course Management
- Becoming a good teammate
- Leadership
- Ball striking skills
- Team play and strategies
- The fundamentals of competitive golf
Eligibility
- You must be between the ages of 14-17 on August 1, 2023
- You do not need to be a member of Medina Country Club to participate in this program
Schedule
Practices
- Mondays, June 5 & 12
- 2:00pm – 3:30pm
Matches
- Mondays, June 19 – July 24
- Matches begin at 3:45pm
- Matches will be played in a 2-3 person scramble against another team
Cost
$295 per golfer
Players who are also enrolled in the High School Development Program at the Jim Wise Golf Academy will receive a $50 discount.
