Enjoy a fully-catered reception put together by our gourmet culinary staff. We have many reception options for you to choose from or you have the opportunity to create your own personal menu.
Regardless of what menu you choose, your guests will enjoy an amazing meal. In addition to providing full catering services, we also provide skirting for the bridal table, gift table, cake table, and, if selected, the buffet and hors d’oeuvres tables. We also provide linen, silverware, and glassware. The setting up and cleaning of the room will also be taken care of by our staff members. You will be able to select from many different napkin and tablecloth colors for your table coverings. With our staff taking care of your reception, you don’t have to worry on your big day.

How many guests does the Grand Ballroom accommodate?
Medina Country Club can accommodate groups up to 225.
Do I need to be a member of the country club?
You do not need to be a member or be sponsored by a current member.
What does the price include?
We provide skirting for the bridal table, gift table, cake table, and if selected the buffet and hors d’oeuvres tables. We also provide the china, silver, and glassware. The setting up of the room and cleaning the room following the reception will be taken care of by our staff members. You will be able to select from many different napkin and tablecloth colors for your table coverings. Event security is also included in our pricing.
Can I provide my own food and liquor?
As a full-service facility all food and beverage must be provided by the Club with the exception of wedding cakes.
Do you cater the food?
Our chef and his staff prepare all of your selections in house. He is also available for personal menu consultation to create your dream reception menu.
May I be married at the country club?
Our foyer is a beautiful setting for an intimate marriage service with the double staircase and the chandelier. You may be married outside as well. Wedding Ceremonies in the foyer are available, for a minimal cost, with 50 chairs maximum. If an outside ceremony is your dream location, our golf course may be available for you.
We have some beautiful locations for your photographer to take pictures of you. A representative of Medina Country Club must be with you when you are on the golf course.
Is valet parking available for my guests?
Valet parkers are available upon request and are not on staff otherwise. One parker for every 50 guests is required when selecting this option.
When can I come in to decorate?
Our focus is on your reception and that means your party is the only event that we book in the grand ballroom that day. You are able to come in and decorate any time during the day because the tables will be arranged and ready for your party favors and centerpieces.
Can I bring in my own centerpieces?
Yes or you can rent from us.
