Golf Memberships
Family
Primary member 40 years of age and older, includes spouse and children 26 years of age and younger. Allows all immediate family members full access all to club amenities including pool, golf, dining, and full access to all areas of the UPC.
Single
Adult 40 years of age and older. Allows full access to all amenities of the club including golf, pool, dining and full access to all areas of the UPC.
Senior
Adult 70 years of age and older, and has been a member of Medina Country Club for the past 20 consecutive years. Includes spouse. Allows full access to all amenities of the club including golf, pool, dining and full access to all areas of the UPC.
Young Executive
Adult between the ages of 21 - 39. Includes spouse and children 26 years of age and younger. Allows full access to all amenities of the club including golf, pool, dining and full access to all areas of the UPC
Social Memberships

UPC Fitness Center Membership
